After the first successful edition, we are excited to announce the second one! Join us for an hour of Hatha Yoga and enjoy a healthy vegan breakfast afterwards with delicious teas, cakes and warm porridge.
Patrizia is a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher. After her training on Bali, she started teaching yoga classes right away. She has a regular class in Eindhoven and also occasionally teaches at a Yoga retreat in Tuscany.
For Patrizia, Yoga is more than just a workout, it is a way of living. Our daily lives have become so busy that we have forgotten how to reconnect with ourselves, listen to our bodies and live a balanced and healthy life. Therefore, her yoga classes
focus on relearning to become present, reconnecting with our breathing and starting to listen to what our bodies are telling us.
