Our daily lives have become so busy and full of tasks that we sometimes forget to slow down again in order to recharge and find our balance. Long working days, hobbies, friends and family are all an important part of our life but in order to stay balanced and healthy we need to carve out time for ourselves and the things we really enjoy and fill our cup.
This event focuses on bringing you back in balance! We start with a yoga class that helps you to come back in the present moment, connect to your intuition and balances your body and mind. After the yoga class we enjoy breakfast together to nourish and restore the alkaline balance in our body. By eating a more alkaline diet (leafy greens, wheatgrass, veggies, sprouts, avocados, green juices and smoothies) as opposed to an acidic diet (high in animal products, processed carbs, refined sugar, energy drinks, etc), we flood our bodies with alkalinity, vitamins and other nutrients. Healthy food creates healthy cells. Conversely, junk goes in and junk comes out.
The Yoga session will be held by Patrizia, a Hatha Yoga teacher based in Eindhoven. Her philosophy is simple but powerful – empower her students to make the most out of the session no matter where they are on their yoga journey. Yoga is for every body.
The breakfast is prepared by Lucia, the owner of Tea Stories in the Strijp-S. She is passionate about tea, healthy food and giving her guests an amazing experience at her tea bar. Everyone that has once enjoyed her tea, will definitely come back for more.
