2.2. Shipping costs are in addition to carry to the prices of the buyer. You will also be clearly identified before making the binding order.


3.1. Delivery dates and times are only binding if they are confirmed in writing by Tea stories

3.2. Delivery dates can only be met if the buyer has complied with his obligations (eg timely performance of the purchase price). In case of subsequent changes and additions wishes of the buyer, the delivery time will be extended. The delivery deadline is met if, before its expiration shipped the goods or the goods are ready to be provided to buyers.

3.3. As far as Tea stories provides non-delivery of the goods or non-conforming, the buyer Tea stories has set a grace period for effecting the performance. Otherwise, the buyer is not entitled to rescind the contract.

3.4. Even with agreed deadlines and dates can not be held due to force majeure, Tea stories Delivery and service delays. Force majeure war, riot, act of God, action in the context of labor disputes, strikes or lockouts, raw material or energy shortages and unavoidable operating or transport interruptions such as power failure, fire, water ingress or transport debilitating weather conditions apply. This applies even if the above conditions occur at the upstream of Tea stories, or Tea stories will not even supply the fault despite appropriate contracts that would have covered the created by the agreement with the buyer needs. In this case, Tea stories is entitled to postpone the delivery or performance by the duration of the hindrance plus a reasonable start-up period or to withdraw from the contract not yet fulfilled completely or partially.

3.5. Tea stories is entitled to make partial deliveries, unless this is unreasonable for the buyer. A withdrawal by the buyer from the contract because of partial delay or partial impossibility is only permitted if the partial performance for the buyer is demonstrably without interest.

3.6. Tea stories is responsible for correctly stating your shipping address on the parcel as provided by you. In the event of packages not being able to be delivered by your local post office, given that we’ve correctly stated the shipping address, you’re responsible for the damages arising from such event. Tea stories will not provide any refunds for such financial loss. Sometimes parcels will be returned to us, when undeliverable. In such case, we’ll refund you the total order value minus the actual shipping cost that was charged to us. This actual shipping cost might differ from the flat rate that is displayed on our website.


4.1. The buyer has the option to make payment by IDEAL only. For business customer it can additionally be agreed by email to pay through bank transfer after invoice received (by the payment terms indicated in the invoice).

4.2. Order should be paid in advance. Once we receive your payment, we can ship out your orders.

This applies also to all links cited on this website, either directly or indirectly. Tea stories is not responsible for the contents of websites which are pointed out, directly or indirectly. The responsibility of persecution by criminal or civil law lies with the provider.

5.2. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the products that appear in our store. However:

  • The actual colour, shape and size of tea leaves may vary every year and season. The images on our site are therefore for reference only and therefore discrepancies with the actual product received are possible.
  • We cannot guarantee that images taken of our products are completely the same as the actual product. In addition, we can’t control how your device’s screen displays the colours of the products at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. 10.1 Gift cards features a unique reference code, which must be quoted at the time of redemption.
10.2 Gift cards are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10.3 All gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of sale. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.
10.4 Photocopies will not be accepted.
10.5 Teas and goods are subject to availability.
10.6 Vouchers can be used as full or part payment on goods and services.
10.7 Tea stories reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.


You can collect stamps for every drink you order using our new digital platform provided by Loyalbee. Instruction on how to download and use the digital stamp card you can find it here.

11.1 We release 1 digital stamp per drink (not for food or products) bough at our location, via our online English and Chinese ordering platforms.
11.2 Collect 10 digital stamps to redeem one 400ml drink with one topping and Oatly milk free of charge. You cannot upgrade the drink to 600ml, additional toppings or choose a different milk.
11.3 You can collect digital stamps Also for pick ups and deliveries.
11.4 You cannot collect digital stamps for order through Thuiszbezorg, Uber or Deliveroo.
11.5 You are allowed to move all the stamps received previously in paper in the new digital stamp card. To do this you have to bring back all the stamp cards back to our location first.
11.6 No stamps are released for free drinks.
11.7 We are not responsible for stolen or lost cards. We do not release new stamps to replace stolen or lost cards.
11.8 Non cumulative with other discounts or offer.

All orders placed through this website are subject to return and exchange as according to this return policy. Our policy lasts 14 days starting from the day you receive your order. Products that are unused and in the same condition as you received it are eligible for return.

12.1. To apply for a return, please send an email to info@goodteastories.com with your order number and the products that you would like to return to us. We will reply you within 2 working days with the instructions for returning goods.

12.2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

12.3. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow at least 2 weeks for your credit card company to refund the credit to your account. If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact us at info@goodteastories.com.

12.4 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

12.5 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

12.6 You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

12.7 Undeliverable packages aren’t eligible for full refunds, given that we’ve correctly stated your shipping address. In such case, we’ll only offer a partial refund if the undeliverable packages has been returned. The partial refund will be determined based on the following formula: order value – actual shipping cost – return shipping fees.
