Care:

Before each use - soak the whisk in warm in warm water for few minutes to soften the prongs before use. Prongs will naturally uncurl. Rinse off your whisk with water and shake off then pat dry it.
Do not store it back in its original container since bamboo is susceptible to mold. Store the chasen upright to air dry or on a whisk shaper. If mold occurs, place it in boiling water. Over time depending on usage, replace your chasen if prong tips start breaking off. It is bamboo's nature to expand and contract depending on humidity.
