Learn the art of handmade mochi at Tea stories!

Ever wondered how our signature mochi are made? Join us for an intimate, hands-on workshop where you'll learn to create the same delicious mochi you can enjoy at Tea stories!

You'll make four mochi, one of each flavour from our Tea stories selection:

• Red Bean & Peanut - sweet, nutty and comforting
• Matcha - earthy and delicately sweet
• Hojicha - aromatic with warm, roasted notes
• Black Sesame - rich, nutty and indulgent

• A guided, hands-on mochi-making experience
• All ingredients, materials and equipment
• Dough preparation in pairs
• Techniques for filling, shaping and decorating mochi
• Four handmade mochi to take home
• Take-home instructions
• Tea and cookies during the workshop

Good to know

• No previous experience is needed.
• The fillings will be prepared in advance, so we can focus on making, filling and decorating the mochi.
• We recommend bringing an apron, as working with mochi dough can get a little powdery.
• All ingredients, tools and materials will be provided.
